The Trade Show Is Scheduled For November 5-6, 2026 .  With Your Support, Our Forums Have Been Hugely Successful And We Look Forward To Your Participation Again This Year.  For Those Of You Who Were Unable To Attend Last Year, We Want To Extend A Special Invitation For You To Join Your Peers In Showcasing Your Company’s Products Or Services While Meeting Procurement Professionals Representing State Government, School Districts, City And County Governments, And Municipalities From Around The State. This Event Will Offer You A Great Opportunity For Networking With These Professionals.  

The Format Of Our Annual Forum Will Allow Vendors The Opportunity To Network With SCAGPO Members Trade Show, Luncheon And The Social Event.   This Will Greatly Increase The Face To Face Interactions With Members And Also Make This Event Even More Beneficial Through Networking As Well As The Professional Development Of Your Representatives.

Vendors Are Also Encouraged To Participate In Our Annual Silent Auction, Hosted By The Certification Committee.  Proceeds From The Auction Are Used To Provide Scholarships To Members In Pursuit Of Procurement Certifications.  You May Participate Either By Donating An Item To The Auction Or By Bidding On Items At The Forum.  Please Contact Shateka Holliday at [email protected]

 Finally, We Ask That You Please Adhere To Our Deadlines As Follows:

Early Registration - July 31, 2026:  The $750.00 Registration Fee Is Discounted To $725.00 Until This Date.  All Payments Received After 5:00 Pm On July 31, 2026 Will Not Receive The $25.00 Discount.

Late Registration -  October 1, 2026:  The Standard Registration Fee Will Increase To $1,000.00. Please Make Sure Your Registration And Payment is Received before the deadline.

Registration Closes - October 18, 2026 :  We Will Not Make Any Exceptions To This Registration Closing.  Any Changes Made To Your Registration After This Date Will Incur A $20.00 Fee For Processing Of A New Name Badge And Tickets. Again, NO EXCEPTIONS!
