Dear Colleague,
The Forum Committee is pleased to announce that the 2015 SCAGPO Annual Professional Development Forum and Trade Show will be held November 4-6, 2015 at Myrtle Beach Marriott Resort & Spa at Grande Dunes, Myrtle Beach, South Carolina.
The pre-forum events will be held November 3, 2015 and will consist of the November Board meeting (open to all members), as well as our annual bowling and golf tournaments. Watch for updates as they are developed and posted onto SCAGPO’s website.
Vendor booths, sponsorships, and overall participation are vital to the success of our Forum. Please encourage your vendors to attend our Forum as you meet with them.
The Forum registration fee is $195.00 which included two (2) complimentary breakfast tickets for Wednesday and Thursday mornings if paid before September 1, 2015. Late registrations received after October 1, 2015 will be $220.00 and will not include complimentary breakfast tickets. Your SCAGPO membership must be current at the time of registration to receive the member rate. Non-member registration is $275.00. Guests will receive two (2) complimentary breakfast tickets for Wednesday and Thursday mornings if registration is paid by September 1, 2015. Non-members may choose to instead purchase tickets for individual events for fees as follows:

Breakfast (November 4, 5, and/or 6) $12.00 per day
Please be advised that badges must be worn for entrance to all events and individuals must be present to receive gifts at all drawings. Cancellations occurring prior to October 1, 2015 will be eligible for full refunds. No refunds will be issued for cancellations after this date. All requests to withdraw registrations must be made in writing to SCAGPO Treasurer, Stacy Adams. Forum registrations and fees must be received by October 16, 2015.
Sleeping rooms are available at the Myrtle Beach Marriott Resort & Spa at Grande Dunes for the GSA Rate. The GSA Rate is established each September and is currently $83.00/night per room plus 12% taxes and must be booked no later than October 1, 2015 to receive this rate. Please be aware that this rate is based on the 2014 rates and could either increase or decrease once the 2015 rates have been released. All reservations booked under this market code will enjoy complimentary resort fees. Reservations made after October 1, 2015 are subject to availability and the seasonal rate. Please remember, cancellations must be made at least 7 days prior to arrival or your credit card will be charged for the first night’s room rate in addition to state and local taxes.
