The South Carolina Association of Governmental Purchasing Officials (SCAGPO) is pleased to announce a special Small Business Enterprise (SBE) Passive Marketing Opportunity during our 48th Annual Conference, which will be held November 4-6, 2026.

SCAGPO recognizes that many small businesses do not have the marketing and travel budgets necessary to participate in conferences and trade shows at the same level as larger organizations. As part of our commitment to supporting supplier diversity and fostering opportunities for small businesses, we are offering an affordable way for SBEs to gain exposure to South Carolina's public procurement community.

 For a minimum contribution of only $50, your organization can be represented in our dedicated SBE Showcase Area. This opportunity allows your company to place marketing materials in front of more than 200 procurement professionals from across South Carolina, including representatives from: 

• State Agencies
• Local Governments
• School Districts
• Colleges and Universities
• Public Authorities and Special Purpose Districts

Participating businesses may submit materials such as:

• Brochures
• Flyers
• Capability Statements
• Rack Cards
• Business Cards
• Other Promotional Materials

SCAGPO will display these materials throughout the conference, providing attendees with an opportunity to learn more about your organization and the products and services you offer.

 Please note: that all materials must be shipped to the conference location at the vendor's expense. SCAGPO will not be responsible for shipping costs, handling fees, or the return of any materials. Any materials submitted for display will not be returned following the conference. Vendors should only send quantities and materials they do not require to be returned.

 This initiative was created because we believe small businesses deserve access to many of the same marketing opportunities available to larger companies, but at a cost that is reasonable and accessible.
